If you ever need to change your information in Syncmyride.com (new cell phone number, new email address) and are unable to update your profile within Syncmyride.com; Please follow the directions below to do so!

1. Go to the website www.flmowner.com and enter the Login ID and password from the SYNC website and click Login.

2. Then click on the My Garage link.

3. Then click on the View / Edit Your Profile link on the left hand side of the page in the Quick Links box.

4. This will take you to a page titled Your Profile.  Scroll down to the bottom of the page and then click on the Edit Profile button.

5. Scroll down to the Your Security Information section at the bottom of the page and click inside of the User Name box.

6. This is where you will be able to change the USER NAME or other information to what you desire to use with both the SYNC website and the FLM Owner website.

7. Enter the desired changes and click on the "Save Changes" button.

You will then be able to go back to the SYNC website and enter the newly changed Login ID (User Name) and Password to access your account.
